Location: Hillside, NJ
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking a mechanically inclined Tumbling & Deburring Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Hillside, NJ. This is a hands-on production position responsible for operating tumbling and deburring equipment used to finish and clean precision metal parts.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working around machinery, enjoys hands-on mechanical work, and can safely load, operate, and unload production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate tumbling and deburring machines used to finish metal components
• Load and unload tumbling media and machine parts
• Add appropriate media and materials to machines based on production requirements
• Start, monitor, and unload equipment during production cycles
• Inspect finished parts for proper finish and quality
• Follow work orders and production instructions
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor operating issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Assist with other production and manufacturing duties as needed

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of machinery
• Previous machine operating, manufacturing, metalworking, or production experience preferred
• Experience with tumbling, deburring, finishing, grinding, or similar equipment is a plus
• Comfortable performing hands-on and physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to load and unload materials safely
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn specialized tumbling and deburring equipment

Compensation

$20.00 per hour
