Division Retail Merchandiser

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·        Visit assigned stores and ensure merchandising plans are executed

·        Maintain shelf conditions: in-stock, signed, and planogram-compliant

·        Identify and fix voids, gaps, and merchandising issues in real time

·        Support new item launches, resets, and store openings

·        Build relationships with store teams and merchandising partners

·        Complete reporting using GoSpotCheck / Ghost (experience is a plus)

·        Provide recaps of store conditions and opportunities

WHAT YOU BRING

·        Retail, merchandising, or sales experience (perishables preferred)

·        Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

·        Comfort working independently across multiple locations

·        Strong communication and reporting skills

·        Experience with GoSpotCheck/Ghost or similar tools is a plus

SCHEDULE & WORK STYLE

·        Flexible schedule based on store needs

·        24 hours per week

·        May include any day Monday–Sunday

·        Hours align with store operations

THE REAL-WORLD PART OF THE JOB

·        Active role with significant time on your feet

·        Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally

·        Work across sales floor, backrooms, and coolers

·        Travel between stores required
