Shop Foreman

SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for the performance of all mechanics and ensuring that all follow company policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform maintenance on vehicles
• Maintain the preventative maintenance schedule for every vehicle in fleet
• Routine oil changes, tire rotation, fluid changes, battery inspections, electrical system testing, brake inspections and replacement
• Clean mechanic work area
• Responsible for emergency repairs of all vehicles

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalency and three to five years work experience as a mechanic.
• Should have the ability to diagnose mechanical problems and make repairs.
• Knowledge of standard materials, tools and equipment and skill in the use and care of tools
