Job Description
We’re looking for a Shop Technician Level 1 to join a growing oil and gas drilling company! This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn and grow in a hands-on shop environment.
You don’t need years of experience—we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and drive to build a career.

- Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with tools and equipment
- Reliable and dependable
- Punctual with excellent attendance
- Eager to learn new skills and grow within the company
- Positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team
- Good listener who can follow instructions and safety procedures
- Strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done
- Comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment
- Willing and able to work overtime when required
- General duties as assigned
