Customer Service Representative/Receptionist

Job description:

We are looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls
• Open and Distribute Mail
• Retrieve voice mails on main line and order line every morning
• Push and invoice pick up orders for customers and sales team
• Assist in daily office duties
• Answer door
• Greet and assist customers with order entry and order pick up
• Price checks for sales team
• order entry for sales team as needed
• order entry from email orders

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Superior organization skills
• Ability to multitask
• Positive Attitide

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
