Customer Service Associate – B2B Client Support

Location: Clayton, MO 63105
Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

The Fountain Group is currently hiring a Customer Service Associate for a prominent client in the business information, professional services, and compliance solutions industry. This position will support a customer-facing team in providing prompt, convenient, and professional service to assigned business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the customer-facing team in delivering timely and professional customer service to assigned clients.
• Support back-end administrative activities, including invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients.
• Proactively manage the order process to help ensure requests are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding information, requests, and order-related needs.
• Maintain organized and accurate records related to client requests and activities.
• Quickly learn product and service information and apply that knowledge to client needs.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting established deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Business-to-Business (B2B) client/customer service experience highly preferred.
• Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and process information to address client needs.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
