CNC Machinist - Manual & CNC

Pay Rate: $40–$45/hr
Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen

We are seeking an experienced Machinist with strong manual and CNC machining skills to support manufacturing, prototype, and development work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manual mills, lathes, and CNC machines.
• Program and run CNC equipment, including tooling, toolpaths, and machining strategies.
• Create and modify fixtures for complex prototype and development components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining processes and adjust speeds, feeds, tooling, and workholding.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and precision instruments.
• Maintain accurate machining documentation and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• 4–6+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and equipment.
• Experience with both manual and CNC machining.
• Ability to independently set up, program, and operate CNC machines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
