As a QA Customer Service Representative at Dave Jones, you will be the first point of contact for our valued General Contractors and Builder customers within our Quality Assurance Segment. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and information concerning our services. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will help build trust and relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email. and builder portals with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding services and assist customers in placing requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless service.
- Coordinate with our service technicians to ensure first call completion success
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
