We are seeking a motivated and results-driven entry level Assistant Sales Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales performance, and help develop a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

• Support management with daily store operations
• Help achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance metrics
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty
• Monitor sales performance and communicate results to management
• Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members
• Become a product expert and educate both customers and staff on product benefits and features
• Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude
• Brand ambassador handling store's social media presence
• Serve as a brand ambassador by representing the K-beauty philosophy and educating customers about our products.
• Manage the store's social media presence by creating engaging content, featuring new products, promoting events, and interacting with our online community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience
• Passion for beauty and interest in K-Beauty trends and products
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
