Maintenance Tech

We are looking for a Maintenance Tech to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems 
• Weld and fabricate metal parts, structures, and equipment repairs 
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete necessary repairs 
• Inspect equipment to identify wear, damage, or safety concerns 
• Assist with piping, tanks, and structural repairs related to dye/paint processes 
• Maintain maintenance records and follow safety procedures 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED 
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or stick) required 
• Maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing settings preferred 
• Ability to read blueprints or basic schematics 
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills 

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs 
• Work in a plant environment (heat, fumes, noise, chemicals)
