Technical Requirements

• Candidates must have a strong and stable internet connection.
• An Ethernet/wired connection is required; wireless/Wi-Fi connections are not permitted for work.

Position Overview

• This is a hybrid position, with some in-office presence required depending on the assigned shift.
• Certain shifts will follow 2 days in-office / 3 days remote schedule each week.
• Off-hours shifts are 100% remote.
• For shifts requiring on-site work, candidates must live within 50 miles of either the Plano, TX and be willing to commute to the office 2 days per week.
• Workdays and hours are subject to change based on business needs.
• Contract duration will depend on business requirements, as well as the individual's reliability and performance.
• Contract-to-hire opportunities may be available for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and are a good long-term fit.

Training Requirements

• 3-week instructor-led training program
• Training is mandatory and scheduled for 35 hours per week
• Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM ET
• After successfully completing training and demonstrating proficiency, the assigned work schedule may change based on business needs.
