Job Title: Floater Janitor – Part-Time

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team. As a Floater, you will provide essential support across all our locations. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and is eager to learn all aspects of our operations. Locations vary from Augusta, Hephzibah, Evans, Grovetown, and Aiken, SC

Key Responsibilities:

•  Travel to various locations as needed to provide, support, ensure operational continuity and cover staff absences
•  Learn the tasks and requirements for every account to ensure you are prepared to step in at any location at any moment notice operations.
•  Perform essential janitorial task including sweeping, mopping, trash removal and surface cleaning.
• This position requires being on your feet for the duration of your shift and performing consistent physical labor.

Shift Details:

•  This is a part-time position with a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Each cleaning shift last 3.5 to 4 hours long. Except urgent care cleanings, this shift is 2 or 2.5 hours
•  Shift start times vary based on location and day of the week, typically ranging from 5:00pm/ 8:00pm
•  You must be available to work on weekdays and weekends.
• Candidates are expected to be available for at lease one weekend day, though availability for both is preferred.
• Weekend shifts start as early as 7:30am and last up to 4 hours or less depending on location.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
•  Must be 21 years or older.
•  Must have your own dependable vehicle and the ability to travel to any location assigned to you.
•  Must have a reliable cell phone with active cellur service (no wifi only devices) You are expected to be reachable via phone at all times during your shift and for scheduling updates.
• Must be able and willing to report to different work sites based on the daily or weekly needs of the business. The ability to commute to any assigned location is mandatory requirement of this role.
• A strong commitment to showing up on time and being available when needed is essential
