Location: Onsite (Mesa, AZ)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (No weekends)
Pay: $18.00/hour starting → $20.00/hour after 90 days

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our college call center team. In this role, you will connect with prospective students who have already started their application process and assist them in completing enrollment. This position combines customer service, communication, and goal-driven outreach in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students who have initiated college applications
• Guide students through the application completion and enrollment process
• Provide clear and helpful information about programs and next steps
• Build rapport and maintain positive communication with applicants
• Accurately document all interactions in company systems
• Meet daily and weekly performance and contact goals
• Work in a high-volume call center environment

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service or call center experience preferred (not required)
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone for extended periods
• Ability to stay motivated in a goal-driven environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to use data entry systems
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

• $18/hour starting pay
• Increase to $20/hour after 90 days
• Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
