Role: Foreman (ISP) – Hyperscale Data Center Construction

Locations: Buffalo, NY | Lubbock, TX | Cedar Rapids, IA | Burlington, TX
Schedule: 60+ hours/week | OVERTIME ELIGIBLE (OT Pay)
Travel: 100% Travel (3 weeks on 1 off)

Hourly Pay: $30/hr - $60/hr
Per Diem: $75/day + Travel/Lodging Paid For
Travel Expenses: Flights, hotel, and rental car provided


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to support large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects. This individual will oversee subcontractor crews performing low-voltage and structured cabling infrastructure work and will be responsible for keeping assigned scopes safe, organized, productive, and on schedule.


Qualifications

  • Previous Foreman or supervisor experience within a data center environment - Required
  • Previous experience leading field crews and/or subcontractors
  • Strong knowledge of structured cabling, rack-and-stack, cable routing, testing, and quality control
  • OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability and willingness to travel full-time and work extended project schedules


Responsibilities

  • Lead subcontractor crews performing structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure work
  • Assign daily work scopes and communicate production expectations
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and installation schedules
  • Oversee cable routing, structured cabling, rack-and-stack, testing, and equipment deployment
  • Read and interpret cutsheets, rack specifications, and construction/design drawings
  • Track production and identify potential schedule or installation issues
  • Inspect completed work for quality and design compliance
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, clients, and other trades
  • Resolve field challenges and remove obstacles impacting production
  • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and jobsite performance
