Production Operator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $17.40–$20.00/hour, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time | Union
Join Our Team!
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to learn, we’d love to have you on board!
What You'll Do
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials and finished products.
- Perform quality checks and identify defective materials.
- Monitor equipment and report issues to supervisors.
- Complete production and quality records accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow safety, OSHA, PPE, and production procedures.
- Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.
- Participate in training and cross-training opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable and able to follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided!
