Maintenance Associate/ Tech

The Maintenance Associate plays a crucial role as an individual contributor, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities, particularly focusing on small motors used in medical equipment. This position requires hands-on maintenance and repair skills to support a highly technical environment without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections
• Carry out facility repairs as needed to maintain operational standards
• Manage and maintain tools and equipment inventory
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in small motors and related systems

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance roles
• Technical certification in maintenance or a related field
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Good time management and organizational skills

Shift will be M-F from 8am-5pm or from 9am-6pm.
