Front Desk Receptionist

Position Summary

The Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting daily spa operations. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Client Experience

• Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Check clients in and out for appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries
• Assist clients with booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
• Address client questions and concerns professionally

Scheduling & Administrative Duties

• Manage appointment scheduling and therapist availability
• Confirm appointments and follow up on missed appointments
• Maintain accurate client records and notes
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
• Ensure front desk operations run smoothly throughout the day

Membership & Sales Support

• Educate clients about memberships, packages, promotions, and spa services
• Assist with membership enrollments and renewals
• Recommend retail products based on client needs
• Support monthly membership and retail sales goals

Inventory & Operations

• Monitor and restock retail displays and front desk supplies
• Assist with inventory counts and reporting
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Support management with administrative projects as needed
