Shift: 1st Shift, 12:00pm - 8:30pm
Pay: $17/hour + raise at 90 days
Location: Ladson, SC (IRC: Boeing Plant)
Eligibility: Must be able to badge at the Boeing Plant in Ladson, SC

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Custodian to join our growing Fortune 500 production team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility. As a Warehouse Custodian, you will be responsible for cleaning restrooms, offices, sitting areas, production spaces, and handling general housekeeping tasks throughout the building. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain office buildings, warehouse areas, and production facilities
• Perform custodial tasks including dusting, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, waxing floors, and washing walls and windows
• Clean and restock restrooms, including towels, toilet paper, soap, and other supplies
• Remove and dispose of litter; empty trash and recycling bins (paper, cans, bottles)
• Change light bulbs, unclog toilets, and monitor compactors and recycling stations
• Follow work orders, cleaning schedules, and safety instructions
• Perform basic repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a custodian in commercial, industrial, or warehouse environments
• Strong janitorial skills with emphasis on floor care and facility upkeep
• Familiarity with residential painting, porter duties, and general maintenance
• Ability to perform buffing and other specialized cleaning tasks
• Knowledge of facility maintenance practices and safety procedures
