Customer Care Agents

Seeking Customer Service Agents for a reputable company to provide phone and email support for customers and retail partners. Responsibilities include troubleshooting generators/equipment, resolving customer concerns, and delivering excellent customer service.

Pay : $19

Location: Columbus, OH 43228

 Shift:

• Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5pm
• Mandatory OT up to 2 hours per day during peak season
• Looking to potentially expand hours to 8pmEST and potential for rotating weekends

 Training: 

• Training hours will be the same as the work hours
• 3 weeks of training and then they will have support as a Teir 1 agent

Position Details:

• Providing customer care or service to both customers and retail customers
• Will handle both phone calls and emails
• Assist customers calling in with troubleshooting equipment/generators
• What We're Looking For:
• Customer service or call center experience
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Technical aptitude and ability to read manuals/schematics
• Empathy and professionalism when handling difficult customer situations

Work Environment:

• Average 70-100 customer contacts/cases daily
• Utilize Contivio, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office
• 3-screen workstation setup
