Co Manager

Assist the store manager with daily store operations. Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales associates. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates. Provide exceptional customer service and Lead by example. Help drive sales and achieve store goals. Assist with scheduling ,payroll, and employee proformance, Assist with shipment processing,merchandising,and inventory. Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Step in as a leader and oversee the store when the Store Manager is unavailable.
