Territory Sales Representative

Texas Home Medical, Inc. is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Medical Sales Representative to develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and medical offices throughout the assigned territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, sleep centers, and medical office staff.
• Regularly visit referral sources within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities.
• Maintain consistent communication with existing referral partners.
• Become a trusted resource for providers and their staff regarding CPAP/DME services.
• Educate medical offices on Texas Home Medical's CPAP and PAP resupply services, processes, and capabilities.
• Communicate changes in insurance requirements, documentation requirements, and referral processes as appropriate.
• Maintain training outlined by manager

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and offices within the respiratory market
• 2+ years sales success in medical industry (DME is a plus)
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms 
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
