Ready for your next adventure? We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) rehabilitation team for an exciting 13-week travel assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities while exploring new locations and gaining valuable clinical experience.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech-language therapy plans
- Provide treatment for speech, language, cognitive, and communication disorders
- Assess and treat swallowing and feeding difficulties as appropriate
- Implement therapeutic exercises and evidence-based interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, medical, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with SNF guidelines
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and recommendations
- Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life
Requirements
- Active SLP license or eligibility for state licensure
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred/required as applicable
- SNF experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced interdisciplinary environment
