Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patient functions, developing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families. The position requires collaboration with physical therapy assistants and aides to deliver patient-focused care in accordance with standards and physician orders.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week, from 09/28/2026 to 12/07/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Current pertinent skills checklist for physical therapy, active Michigan (MI) license as a Physical Therapist, current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and minimum 0 years of experience.
