Outpatient Physical Therapist located in Terre Haute, IN. This position involves providing outpatient therapy services with a focus on patient rehabilitation and functional improvement. The role requires assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and documenting care in accordance with clinical guidelines.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid active license, at least 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy, and relevant operational knowledge.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with diverse patient populations and proficiency in outpatient rehabilitation techniques.
- Additional Information: The therapist will be responsible for completing documentation outside of the staffing agency's standard clearance process before being authorized by the organization. Equipment will be provided during interviews. Dress code details will be communicated on the first day. Parking will be provided during the initial day of orientation.
