AMN Healthcare is partnering with a well-respected school district in Hoquiam, Washington, to hire a highly motivated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract opportunity. This position will primarily provide remote supervision and support for two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) serving students within the district.
Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment while working collaboratively with educational staff and service providers. The district is seeking a candidate available for full-time hours and prefers applicants with previous school-based, early childhood, or pediatric experience. This is an immediate need, and the district is actively interviewing qualified candidates.
Position Details
Full-time contract opportunity
Tele-supervision of 2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Schedule: 7.5-hour days, Monday through Friday
School-based setting

Responsibilities
Provide remote supervision and oversight of two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Ensure compliance with BACB supervision requirements and documentation standards
Review behavioral data and monitor student progress
Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
Provide consultation and training regarding behavior management strategies
Support positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavioral interventions
Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Previous school, pediatric, or early childhood experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team
