Registered Nurse (RN) Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. As a vital member of our nursing staff, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and recovery of patients.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessment and needs.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Provide leadership and direction to junior nursing staff and support personnel as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous nursing experience in a relevant clinical setting.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be preferred.
