Compensation
Blended Pay Rate: $38/hour
Weekly Pay: $1,520/week, including stipend
Weekly Taxable: $686
Weekly Stipend: $834
Overtime: $48/hour after 40 hours
Pay Breakdown
W-2 Taxable Rate: $17.15/hour
Non-Taxable Rate: $20.85/hour
Total Blended Rate: $38/hour
Requirements
Valid COTA license/certification
Recent COTA/Rehabilitation experience preferred
Updated resume required
Reliant Pre-Screen required for submission
Must meet facility compliance requirements
Ability to work a 40-hour weekly schedule
