What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, independence, and daily living skills
- Utilize adaptive equipment and therapeutic techniques to maximize patient function
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with SNF guidelines
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and adaptive strategies
- Help patients achieve greater independence and improve their overall quality of life
What We’re Looking For
- Active Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- SNF experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for travel assignments
