Registered Nurse (RN) Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and supporting patients' needs throughout their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in patient care planning and decision-making.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in the relevant nursing specialty preferred.
