Social Worker - Adult Day Care

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Rainbow Park Adult Day Health
Schedule: Part-Time | 16 hours/week
Pay: $32–$35/hour
Language: Russian or Gujarati speaking preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop care plans.
• Provide individual and family counseling.
• Coordinate resources and advocate for participants.
• Monitor progress and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete required documentation and participate in team meetings.
• Support participant well-being, independence, and quality of life.

We are seeking a Social Worker to provide psychosocial support, counseling, advocacy, and care coordination for participants and their families in our Adult Day Health Program.

Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited program.
• Active Maryland Social Work License required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with older adults, disabilities, or healthcare preferred.
• Russian or Gujarati speaking preferred.
