Housekeeper/mothers Helper

We are a family looking for some help. Prefer someone who notices what needs to be done and just does it to keep the house and life in order. Every week/day will be different tasks based on what needs to be done and amount of time available - hang and put away laundry - clean counters - cut vegetables / fruit - vacuum floors - keep closets and cabinets organized (organize it if necessary) - change sheets weekly - tidy playroom - ask kids to put things away / keep routine as they need to learn basic things as they grow - additional hours available if you cook - occasionally babysit for the kids (1-2 times a month)
