Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 7:50 a.m. to 4:50 p.m.RequirementsAre you a positive, detail-oriented person who enjoys working with the public, solving problems, and learning new skills? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a busy office environment where no two days are exactly alike. 

Qualified candidates should:

• Be a high school graduate or equivalent
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess basic math skills
• Be comfortable interacting with customers in person and over the phone
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Have basic computer skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Enjoy providing exceptional customer service

ResponsibilitiesThis Customer Service Representative role combines customer service, cashiering, data entry, and mailroom responsibilities. The ideal candidate will enjoy variety and be comfortable assisting customers in multiple ways throughout the day. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Providing professional customer service in person and over the phone
• Processing customer payments and handling cashier duties
• Performing accurate data entry and record maintenance
• Assisting with mailroom operations and document processing
• Researching and resolving customer questions and concerns
• Maintaining accurate records and customer information
• Supporting office operations as needed
