Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
RequirementsWe're looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences. Previous customer service experience is helpful, but candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, or other service-focused industries are encouraged to apply. Qualified candidates should:

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be comfortable assisting customers by phone, email, and chat
• Possess basic computer and data entry skills
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Be organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns
• Take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution
• Be willing to learn new products, services, and systems

ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Representative, your primary goal is to provide an outstanding customer experience with every interaction. This is not a high-volume call center position focused solely on call times. Instead, you'll build relationships and help customers find solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Answering customer questions by phone, email, and chat
• Entering customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing order status updates
• Assisting customers with product and service information
• Processing returns and warranty claims
• Supporting sales territories when sales representatives are unavailable
• Updating customer information within the company CRM system
• Following up with customers to ensure concerns have been resolved
• Maintaining professional customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
