Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts Payable Specialist in Orange County, California. What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in reviewing and resolving complex invoice issues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of policies, procedures, and financial control measures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently with sound judgment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Great Plains accounting software, ERP systems, or claims software.
• Cross-training experience across different finance functions.
• Prior exposure to audit support and vendor account reconciliation.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• An associate’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in accounts payable or similar roles.
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Willingness to participate in occasional travel or varied work environments, including community settings.

Pay range: $25.85- $38.80, DOE
