2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM - Pay $25.92hr/hr on W2
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM - Pay 26.88/hr on W2
Weekend Shift: 6:00 am - 6:00 PM - pay $27.60/hr on W2
Job Summary
As an Assembly Operator (Production Associate) for the EODAS factory, your job will be to build next generation technology for the warfighter. You will perform a variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing/production environment. Duties for this position includes working in a cleanroom environment, performing mechanical assembly using various tools and fasteners. Types of hardware include: machined housings, circuit cards, mirrors, motors, and optical assemblies. Will be using chemicals and performing detailed hand manipulation with wire sleeving, solder, and bonding materials. Additionally, the operator will be required to use precision torque tools, solder, repair and/or inspect electric and mechanical systems. This position also requires the operator to pass certifications and to work limited overtime when needed. The operator is expected to cross-train for other areas and be engaged with daily production activities that drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and schedule performance. a variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing/production environment.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of work experience
Experience working with minimal supervision
Ability to read, understand and follow test instructions including technical drawings and testing process documents
The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for 8+ hours a day is required
Ability to work weekends and/or overtime as required
