MSP Supply is a growing swimming pool supply company serving customers throughout the Florida Keys. We distribute pool chemicals, equipment, plumbing supplies, and other pool products.

Position Summary

MSP Supply is hiring a reliable and experienced CDL Hazmat Delivery Driver / Warehouse Support employee to deliver pool chemicals, equipment, and supplies throughout the Florida Keys.

The primary responsibility of this position is delivery service from Key Largo to Key West. When not performing deliveries, the employee will assist with warehouse operations, inventory organization, receiving, and general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pool chemicals, equipment, and supplies from Key Largo to Key West.
• Safely transport hazardous materials in accordance with DOT requirements.
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle.
• Verify products and quantities before deliveries.
• Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery when required.
• Maintain accurate delivery records.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Follow DOT, company, and chemical-handling safety procedures.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory when not making deliveries.
• Stock and organize warehouse shelves and storage areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and verifying inventory quantities.
• Pull and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Perform other reasonable warehouse and inventory-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A, B, or C CDL with Hazmat (H) Endorsement REQUIRED.
• Clean driving record.
• Commercial delivery driving experience preferred.
• Hazmat transportation experience preferred.
• Warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation

$200–$300 per day, based on experience.

Work Location: On the road and at MSP Supply's Marathon warehouse.
