Receiving Dispatcher

Looking for a Receiving Dispatcher to join our team in the area of Morgan Hill will be a temporary position. Must be Bilingual/Spanish

Essential Duties:

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment that promotes work safely and product integrity.
• Must follow all Safety HACCP & GMP requirements always.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Willing to be flexible to accommodate changing business conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with procurement on inbound schedules and discpreancies.
• Review incoming shipments and verify receipts and documents for accuracy and completeness
• Timely and accuarate receiving of all inbound shipments
• Will be required to monitor incoming purchases orders to ensure timely delivery on materials
• Inspection of inbound Raw delivery and report and Raw out of specifications
• May perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and minimum of 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of inventory handling receiving and control practices is a plus
• SAP,HANA experience
• Micosoft Office Suite experience
• Must have good communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime
• Bilingual/Spanish
