Job Description
Location: Perris, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00-$20.00/hour
Position: Temporary 6-8 weeks with possible extension or permanent conversion
We are seeking a reliable and organized 3PL Clerk to support logistics and customer service operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Process Bills of Lading, Purchase Orders, Manifests, and Pick Tickets.
- Communicate with 3PL customers, vendors, and carriers.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Work with WMS systems and EDI/non-EDI customers.
- Generate reports from various systems.
- Use Microsoft Outlook and Excel for daily tasks and reporting.
- Assist with billing as needed.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and work independently and as part of a team.
- 3PL customer service experience is required.
- Must have experience with Bills of Lading, Purchase Orders, Manifests, and Pick Tickets.
- High-volume data entry experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Outlook and Excel.
- Excel Pivot Tables and formulas preferred.
- WMS experience preferred.
- Must be reliable and able to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
- Billing experience is a plus but not required.
