About the Role

As an Assembler, you will build, wire, and solder mechanical components and subassemblies by following detailed drawings, diagrams, and work instructions. You will ensure every unit is completed accurately, safely, and according to production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Perform wiring, cable routing, and secure electrical terminations.
• Solder wires, terminals, and small components according to established standards.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, diagrams, and written instructions.
• Inspect completed assemblies for proper fit, finish, connections, and functionality.
• Identify assembly issues and make adjustments or corrections as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Three to six years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous wiring experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with mechanical assembly, soldering, or cable routing is a plus.
• Ability to read assembly drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Availability to work a day or night shift.
