Job Summary
A Cardiac and Vascular Radiologic Technologist position is available in a healthcare facility located in Marysville. This role involves performing, assisting, and completing Cardiac and Vascular Radiographic examinations, as well as active radiographic interventional procedures within the cardiovascular laboratory. The professional will operate sophisticated imaging equipment to produce digital images as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate positioning and patient safety throughout the procedures.

- Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

- Certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required; Radiologic Tech (RT) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
- Education and Work Experience: Associates Degree or equivalent related experience; preferred Bachelors Degree in radiologic technology or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelors); 2 years of Cath Lab experience preferred, 0 years minimum required
- Experience: 1-2 years Cath Lab or Special Procedures experience preferred; similar experience as IR technician acceptable with CA licensure
- Additional Requirements: On call (6-7 days a month including a weekend), fluoroscopy capability required, CRT required
- Responsibilities include operating diagnostic imaging equipment during cardiac catheterization procedures, assisting physicians with specialized exams, managing technical factors, and monitoring patient responses during procedures.
- Ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety standards are critical components of this role.
