Position Overview
Provide physical therapy services to K–12 students across three school campuses, with the majority of the caseload serving elementary-aged students.
Evaluate students’ physical needs and develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support mobility, motor skills, and functional participation in the school environment.
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and other members of the student support team to monitor progress and promote student success.
Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, student progress, and services provided.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
Valid New York State Physical Therapist (PT) License
Experience working with school-aged children, particularly elementary students, is preferred
