General Production

We’re Hiring General Production Associates | Kernersville, NC

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour | Weekly Pay

Overtime: Paid at 1.5x base rate

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to  3:15 PM (with OT: 5:00 AM to 3:15 PM)
• 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM –to 11:30 PM (with OT: 3:15 PM to 1:30 AM)

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented General Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll support production operations by inspecting products, performing quality checks, packaging materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. Reliability, attendance, and the ability to work overtime are essential for success in this position.

What's the Job?

• Report quality issues or equipment defects to the line operator promptly.
• Perform quality checks and visually inspect tubes before packing.
• Review palletizing specifications and follow detailed instructions.
• Apply labels accurately to cases and ensure correct quantities are packed.
• Obtain corrugated supplies from staging areas and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous experience operating high speed equipment preferred.
• Good counting skills and ability to read instructions and labels.
• Ability to read tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced production environment.
