Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a great sitter for 2 children in Indianapolis. We would prefer a sitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. Our girls are 18m and almost 4yrs. Hours would be 7:15-5:30/5:45. The days will vary. Over a three week period- two weeks would be 3 days/ week and one week would be 1 day/ week. I will have a schedule about 6 weeks ahead of time. The 4 yr old goes to preschool two days a week and requires drop off and pick up. We have a very friendly golden retriever.
