Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

It's complicated, I have really bad shoulders and knees. Having shoulder surgery in November, would like to have my house in better shape before then. Basically someone to help (physically) me go through clothes in my room, throw away junk and things I don't need ect. It would not be my kids bedrooms, only my room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living, dining and laundry area. Then a deep clean. Most of the beginning work will be with me here, sorting through things and throwing stuff away. Someone to help keep ME on task would be great! Have one very old cat, messy just because of his age. Lol
