• Engaging with Project Consultants to analyze, organize, and load product information with precision and accuracy in SAP and MDM environments.
• Identifying, designing, validating, and documenting new technologies, techniques, and processes to improve Product Data effectiveness and productivity.
• Collaborating with IT colleagues to report and share best practices on SAP technologies and Product Data implementations using Agile/Kanban workflows.
• Supporting product launches and ongoing maintenance activities by ensuring product data is accurate, complete, and aligned with business requirements.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to understand processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining high-quality product information that supports ordering, pricing, manufacturing, and distribution activities across Steelcase.

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (such as supply chain, information systems, finance, etc.)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools, with strong skills in Excel
• 2-5 years of experience working in or with a business ERP system

• Experience working with SAP ERP software, ideally within Material Master, Variant Configuration, or SAP PLM environments.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to present and communicate concepts clearly and logically.
• Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to understand, optimize, and improve business processes; strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT colleagues, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams across global locations.
