Receptionist / Greeter

NOW HIRING: GREETER – RESIDENTIAL CAMPUS - 2 positions on LONG ISLAND, NY

Location: Wading River, NY
Pay: $19–$20/hour

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Greeter to support a residential campus in Wading River.

OPEN ENDED CONTRACT

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and guests
• Assist with visitor check-in and registration
• Answer and respond to incoming phone calls
• Provide general information and assistance
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment

Hours

Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
Sunday: 2:00 PM–9:30 PM

Qualifications

• Customer service, receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or greeter experience preferred
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable answering phones and assisting visitors
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
