Position: Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving)

Shifts Available:
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00pm-12:00am

Pay: $19.80/hour
Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
Location: Norton Shores, MI

What You'll Do

• Receive incoming shipments by unloading, verifying SKUs, and inspecting parts for accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
• Confirm order contents and accurately log items into inventory systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and accurate order flow.

Who Succeeds in This Role

• Candidates with previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Individuals who can accurately read, compare, and verify part numbers.
• Team-oriented workers with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
