  • Review, validate, and route invoices according to established approval workflows.

  • Support vendor maintenance, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
  • Assist with month end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, reporting, and account analysis.
  • Process employee expense reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support auditing and reporting requirements.
  • Follow established procedures that support segregation of duties and financial controls.
  • Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and reconcile data in support of accounting operations.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience supporting a high volume accounts payable function within a large corporate or enterprise level environment.
  • Strong knowledge of full cycle AP, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and month end close support.
  • Hands on experience working within large scale ERP systems and navigating complex accounting environments.
  • Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, and segregation of duties best practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis for reporting and reconciliations.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies, research issues, and provide timely resolution.
  • Comfortable working as part of a small, collaborative accounting team while managing a significant workload independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across departments and with external vendors.
