A closed-door Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacy located in Topeka, KS, is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for ongoing Thursday and Friday shifts. This contract position offers a focused work environment supporting quality pharmaceutical care for LTC facilities.

Schedule:

  • Thursdays and Fridays
  • 9 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Perform cycle checking to maintain inventory accuracy and safety
  • Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently for LTC patients

Qualifications:

  • Active Pharmacist license in Kansas with a clean, negative history
  • Minimum of 1 year pharmacist experience; LTC experience preferred but recent graduates and retail pharmacists are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to start promptly and work ongoing shifts as scheduled
