Job Description
Outpatient Primary Care locums coverage in Texas Corrections facility with no call and a predictable weekday schedule, seeing adult patients only. Fast credentialing is available for physicians who can start in late September 2026.

Practice Setting
- Outpatient preventive care and general primary care
- Adult patients only
- Average volume is 20 patients per day
- Support includes APPs and RNs
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, full time
- 40 hours per week required
- Daytime hours, exact start and end times have some flexibility
- No 4 day, 10 hour schedule
Cases and Procedures
- General primary care visits
- Routine primary care procedures
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Texas license required, facility will not wait for a license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Board Eligible within 5 years accepted, General Practitioner accepted
- BLS and DEA required
